Yes. Orders leave in a plain, unmarked box or satchel with no shop branding and no product names. The courier label carries a neutral reference rather than a description of the contents, and the third-party courier is not told what is inside.

Coastline cities — Muscat, Seeb, Barka, Sohar, Sur and Qurayyat — are normally delivered in one to three days. Salalah and the surrounding southern cities take about six days. Everywhere else in Oman is normally delivered within one to five days. Times are confirmed by message once the order is packed.

Cash on delivery is the only payment method, across all of Oman. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives, so no card is charged and nothing appears on a statement.

Every product page states the material. Silicone and ABS pieces are non-porous and easy to clean; TPE pieces are softer and porous, so they need drying and renewal powder and have a shorter working life. We do not stock anything we would not describe plainly.

Unopened items can be returned within fourteen days of delivery in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Photograph it in the packaging it arrived in and message us the same week. We will replace or refund, your choice. Please do not send the damaged item back unless we ask for it.

Order details are kept only as long as they are needed to deliver and support your order, then removed. There is no public register, no marketing sent under the store name, and no mailing list you did not ask for.
