Discretion is the whole point. Every order leaves in an unmarked box or satchel, the courier label carries a neutral reference rather than a product name, and your order details are removed once delivery is confirmed.
If you are not sure which material or size suits you, message us before ordering. A person replies, and a straight answer costs nothing.

How an order reaches you

Most orders begin with a message rather than a click. Tell us what you are looking for and we will point you at the material and size that suit it — including when the honest answer is that a cheaper item does the same job.
You know what you are buying
Material, size, weight and how to clean it are on the page before you order. If a supplier does not name a material, the page says so rather than guessing.
It leaves in a plain box
Packed in Muscat in an unmarked box or satchel, with a neutral reference where a shop name would normally go. The courier is not told what is inside.
And someone answers afterwards
Stock is checked as it is packed, and questions after delivery — cleaning, fit, care — are answered by a person by message, not a script.
